- No cookies or tracking tools: this site does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising pixels. Fonts are hosted on our own servers.

We may also share the data you provide to us with the service providers we deal with to perform services on our behalf. These may include third-party content providers who provide support for event registrations, streaming EXIA videos, or sharing EXIA content on social media. Under their contract, these providers are not permitted to use or disclose this data except as necessary to provide the services or comply with legal requirements. Additionally, we may share personal information in accordance with your instructions, such as when you register for a webinar or pay for a service. We may also disclose information about you when required or permitted by law.
EXIA personal data protection measures
We take reasonable physical, technical and administrative security measures to protect against unauthorized access to, and against any unauthorized use or disclosure of, the personal data you voluntarily provide to us.
Please note that EXIA cannot be held responsible for the personal data that you publish on public spaces, such as our blogs where applicable. All visitors to our website have access to these public areas and, therefore, these are not covered by the scope of this Policy.

You have the right to access your personal data. For legitimate reasons, you may correct your personal data or object to its processing. You also have the right to request that your personal data be provided to you in a structured, standard format. To submit such a request or make a complaint, please email confidentialite@exia.ca.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information, if EXIA does not respond adequately to your request.
